A restorative day designed to help you slow down, create, and release. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, reflective talks, and an intuitive pottery practice with local Bajan clay, you’ll make two hand‑built vessels—one to keep and one to intentionally let go. Suitable for anyone seeking a creative, reflective, and restorative experience. Organiser Cancellation In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option to: Reschedule your booking to a future event, or Receive a full refund of all monies paid within 10 days of the cancellation notice. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel fares, accommodation costs, or related expenses incurred by participants. Participant Responsibility It is each participant’s responsibility to take part in the retreat activities at their own discretion and comfort level.
